TRAVELCAMP HOME DELIVERY

1: Contact Us

Simply click on the yellow “Home Delivery” button on the vehicle detail page of the RV you are interested in to submit your information to us. Our immediate delivery area is approximately 100 miles from any of our locations. You get free delivery if you are in our immediate delivery area! We work with third party transport companies to bring the RV directly to you and we will keep you updated on your RVs estimated day and time of arrival. If you are not in our immediate delivery area, don’t worry! We deliver nationwide. We have negotiated with our transport companies to pay a portion of all nationwide deliveries to keep the cost of delivery to our customers affordable.


2: Paperwork

Our Product Specialist will work with you on financing and all paperwork. We will prepare a packet to send with your driver for signatures. Note, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be due prior to your RV leaving with the driver.


3: We Get Your RV Ready

Pre-Delivery Inspection: Your RV will go through an additional multi point inspection to ensure everything is just right.

Detail: Your RV will go through a complete detail. Your RV is traveling uncovered and will likely arrive a little dirtier than after our detail. We provide you with a $50 gift card to help cover any initial cleaning.


4: Transport

After your paperwork is prepared, the Pre-Delivery-Inspection is completed, and your RV is detailed, we are ready to send it your way! Travelcamp will schedule and confirm transport through our third-party transport partner to have your RV delivered asap. Once your RV is assigned to a driver and a date is scheduled for departure, we will notify you with those details.

Arrange Delivery: Our transporter will contact you to arrange the delivery. This will involve confirming a day, time, and location. When the transport company arrives with your RV, you will then sign all paperwork.


5: Delivery!

You will receive a complete walkthrough on the functionality of your RV from our Transport representative. Additionally, you can call us with any questions you may have about the operation of your RV. We provide 30 days of “Hot Priority” customer support. This means our support representatives provided you with a dedicated phone number and email address to send any inquiries to for any questions you may have. That’s right, any questions at all!


6: Finalize Paperwork

Step 6:

All of your paperwork, registration documents, and temporary plate, will be postal mailed to you via FedEx. These documents will arrive to you usually within 7 days of you receiving the RV. When our transporter arrives back to our location, after delivering you the RV, they provide us with all paperwork to review and finalize before sending all to you via FedEx.
